The TNTPO is a registered, non-profit professional body established to serve the Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) community across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
TNTPO was founded by a group of passionate and experienced Training & Placement Officers from premier engineering colleges, arts & science colleges, and polytechnic institutions across Tamil Nadu who recognized the need for a unified platform to address common challenges faced by TPOs.
Since its inception, the association has conducted numerous workshops, industry connect events, placement drives, and capacity development programs that have benefited thousands of students and hundreds of institutions across the state.

Key milestones in TNTPO's growth
TNTPO was founded by 12 senior TPOs from top Tamil Nadu institutions, registered under the Societies Act.
Hosted the inaugural Annual TPO Conference at Anna University, Chennai with 200+ participants.
Signed Memoranda of Understanding with 10 major IT companies for campus recruitment drives.
Received official recognition from the Tamil Nadu Higher Education Department.
Launched the TNTPO digital portal for member registration, event management, and job postings.
Joined the National Association of Training and Placement Officers network, expanding reach pan-India.
Crossed 1200 active members from 500+ institutions across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
